DAD'S COOKIES (Pat)

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 3/4 cup coconut
• White sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugars and butter, add egg and vanilla and beat. Add rolled oats. Mix together all dry ingredients. Roll into balls and press down with glass dipped in white sugar.

Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes
