- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 tbs. minced dried onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated parmesan, divided
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms (canned)
- 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken meat
- 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, and rinse with cold water.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Blend in flour, onion and garlic powders and the pepper. Mix in the broth and milk, cook with stirring until bubbly and thickened. Stir in 1/2 cup parmesan.
Spread 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Stir mushrooms into the remaining sauce. Lay 3 noodles in the pan. Tope with 1/2 of chicken. Repeat with another layer. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered for 35 minutes.
