This a good bacon and quiche recipe. Not low fat, by any means!

Ingredients
- 1 9 inch refrigerated piecrust, fitted to a 9 inch glass pie plate
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded (6 ounce block)
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled (I used 1pkg of precooked bacon)
- 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach, packed (4 to 5 ounce pkg)
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°. Whisk the eggs, cream, salt and pepper until completely blended. Layer the spinach, bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust, then pour the egg mixture on top. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg mixture is set. Cut into 8 wedges.
