Braciole
I layered the pounded out meat (labeled braciole at the meat market) with Provolone cheese, prosciutto, fresh chopped parsley, whole basil leaves, shaved parmesan cheese, toasted pine nuts, Italian style breadcrumbs. Folded and held with tooth picked ( I was out of twine) . Cooked in my sauce in my insta pot for 35 minutes
