Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 sliced scallions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon tarragon or white wine vinegar
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

Preparation
Step 1
In skillet, simmer first 5 ingredients over medium, covered, 5 minutes. Meanwhile, thinly slice chicken. Season; coat with flour. Simmer in sauce with peas over low, covered, 5 minutes. Season; sprinkle with tarragon.
