Green Smoothie

When trying to work more minerals and sulphur into our diet we turned to kale. This smoothie is even a favorite of my daughter's.

Ingredients
- 12 leaves of organic kale; chopped, washed, spun
- Water
- 1 handful organic frozen blueberries
- 1 handful organic frozen strawberries
- 1 organic banana {either fresh or frozen}

Preparation
Step 1
Using your blender's chop ice setting, break up the chopped kale. Stream a bit of water as needed to keep it moving.
Add berries and banana and work your way up to the highest speed and/or smoothie setting, continuing to add a touch of water if needed to keep mixture blending. Scrape down the sides and blitz one last time.
Pour into pints and enjoy!
