Ingredients
- 10 cups zucchini, shredded
- 1 sweet red pepper (not hot), ground
- 4 cups ground onions
- 1 green pepper, ground
- 5 tablespoons salt
- 2 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the first five (5) ingredients and let stand overnight.
Next day, drain.
Rinse with cold water and drain again.
Add:
last six (6) ingredients
Cook:
cook covered 30 minutes at a simmer.
Pour into jars and seal.
