Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (about 3/4 pound)
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed reduced-fat reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli thawed and drained
- Cooking spray
- 9 cooked lasagna noodles
- 9 slices (3/4-ounce) American reduced-fat cheese cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir well. Spread one-fourth of chicken mixture in bottom of an 11 × 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange 3 noodles over chicken mixture. Top with one-fourth of chicken mixture, one-third of cheese, and 3 noodles. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from oven; uncover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
