Ingredients

  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1 orange, quartered
  • 1/2 c orange juice
  • 1/2 c brandy
  • 6 TB Sugar
  • 3 Cinnamon sticks
  • 2 (750 ml) bottles Cabernet

Preparation

Step 1

Press cloves into the peel of a quartered orange. Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat (do not boil). Reduce heat to low and cook 30 minutes. Remove orange and cinnamon.
