- 3 medium ripe bananas (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup crunch peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Glaze
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbs heavy cream
- 1 tbs unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp light corn syrup

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°. Coat 3 6x3x2 loaf pans. Puree bananas, sugar, peanut butter, eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla in a food processor: transfer to a large bowl. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and fold into banana mixture along with 1 cup chocolate chips. Divide batter among prepared pans; bake until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, 45-50 minutes. Transfer loaves to rack and let cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out loaves and cool completely. For glaze: melt 1/3 cup chocolate chips with cream, butter and corn syrup in microwave; whisk until smooth. Drizzle glaze over loaves.
