Brownie Bottom Caramel Cheesecake Bars
Ike loves these
- 1 pk brownie mix (19 ish ounces)
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 2 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- 3 T flour
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 (14 oz) jar caramel sauce
Preheat oven to 350
Grease 9x13 dish.
Combine brownie mix, butter and ONE 1 egg, stirring til smooth. Spread mixture in pan and bake 15 minutes.
in mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar, flour and vanilla until combined and smooth.
Turn mixer to low and add remaining 3 eggs, one at a time. Add half the jar of caramel sauce.
Pour over hot crust. Bake additional 30 minutes or until center is just set.
Remove and cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours. When ready to serve, drizzle remaining caramel on top.
