- One pound of ground
- Cabbage shredded
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1 onion shredded
- 3 stick of celery spice

Step 1
One pound of ground pork. Season it with five spice, salt and pepper overnight. One large head of cabbage, made about 25 rolls. Cabbage shredded 1 carrot shredded 1 onion shredded 3 stick of celery slide Heat frying pan with oil , stir fry the ground pork till is done then add all the vegetables in for about 10 to 15 mins, you don’t want to over cook the veggies. When is done you drain into the collender put a small plate on top with heavy object on the plate so the water from the cabbage can drain out dry. When is cool and dry. Transfer them in a tray to spread out then you season it with salt and pepper to taste and drop of sesame oil , tossed evenly so that is all season. Then you roll with the wrapper and deep fry.
