Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. Brussel sprouts, cut in half
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- Salt, Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with foil. Toss sprouts with 1 Tbsp. oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place in a bowl. Combine remaining oil, vinegar, and honey. Toss with sprouts.
