Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (use 1/2 to 2/3 can for meatloaf)
  • 1 cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 or 1/3 can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 c water (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all above ingredients; form loaf.
2. Place in Shallow pan and start baking in 350 degree oven.
3. For sauce: combine the following ingredients:
4. 1/3 to 1/2 can Tomato Sauce; mustard; water; vinegar; brown sugar
5. Pour this sauce over the meat loaf about half way through baking. About 1 ½ hours basting at least once.
