Ingredients
- 2 to 3 tablespoons meat stock
- 2 teaspoons kitchen bouquet (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Remove meat stock from fire (if too thick add equal amount of hot water).
Stir in Kitchen Bouquet, Worcestershire sauce and onion salt.
(Finely chopped onions, green or Bermuda can replace onion salt).
Stir until well blended.
While off the fire add the sour cream and stir thoroughly.
Before serving, return the gravy to low heat and bring just to a boil.
Stir constantly to keep from separating.
Serve over hot meat, potatoes or bread.
