- 4 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 2/3 cup Arborio rice or other short-grain rice
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low; cook 50 minutes or until rice is tender and mixture is creamy, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
