Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Steaks (medium)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 6 Lemon Slices (thin)
  • 2 Tablespoons parsley (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Place salmon in shallow greased baking dish, season, cover with sour cream.
Place lemon slices and parsley on top.
Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, about 40 minutes.
Halibut or fillet of sole can be substituted for salmon.
