Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 (24 oz) jar pasta sauce of your choice
- 1 lb cooked and drained rotini pasta
- 1 (16 oz) pkg cottage cheese
- 1 small can sliced ripe olives
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, brown sausage along with onion and bell pepper; drain grease.
Mix in pasta sauce and pasta and pour mixture into a greased 13"x9"x2" pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together cottage cheese, olives, mushrooms and cheese. Spread over the meat/pasta mixture.
Top with the pepperoni slices.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until bubbly and browning.
