Ice Cream Sandwich Pan Cake
For this recipe I would do one layer of ice cream sandwiches, cover with caramel topping, a drizzle of chocolate syrup and then another layer of ice cream sandwiches and then top with the Cool Whip and drizzle chocolate syrup on top and or sprinkles.
Remember to remove from the freezer a 15 minutes before serving.
- 1 12oz container of whipped topping
- 1 jar of caramel topping (place between each layer of ice cream sandwiches
- Chocolate Syrup (drizzle between layers on top of caramel and on top of Cool Whip)
- 1 package of ice-cream sandwiches (box of 12)(suggest two boxes to make two layers of the ice cream sandwiches)
- Sprinkles – optional
Preparation time 15mins

Unwrap the ice-cream sandwiches and lay them into a 9x13 pan. You may have to cut some of the sandwiches to fit. If you have a glass one use that, looks nice to see layers.
Pour the desired amount of caramel sauce over the sandwiches making sure to get it into the cracks.
Then add whipped topping. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and put into the freezer for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
