Skillet Chicken with Biscuit Dumplings

Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 c butter
- 10 3/4 oz unsalted chicken stock
- 1 T minced onion
- 1/4 tsp sage
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3 c thawed frozen peas
- 1 80z pkg biscuits

Preparation
Step 1
Saute chicken in butter with paprika. Brown and pour off drippings. Add water to broth to make 1 1/2 c and pour over chicken. Add onion, seasonings, and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce to simmer for 25 minutes. Add veggies and bring to a boil. top with biscuits. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, cover and simmer 10 more minutes or until dumplings are cooked through
