Ingredients

1/2 C buttermilk
1 3/4 C sugar
2 large eggs
3 TBS.flour
pinch of salt
1 stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Mix everything together and pour into an unbaked 9" pie shell. Sprinkle the top lightly with nutmeg.
3. Bake 15 min. Reduce oven to 350 and bake 45 min.
4. Cool allow filling to set.
