Five Minute Fudge
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate
- 9 oz butterscotch
- 1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
grease 8 inch cake pan
Place a heavy pot on the stove and preheat over low. Add choc and butterscotch and milk. Stir til melted and milk is combined. save empty can. stir in vanilla and remove fudge from heat.
cover can in plastic wrap and place in center of cake pan. Spoon fudge into pan around the can, making sure the center can if it drifts.
Can decorate (immediately) with red and green candied cherries.
Chill covered in refrigerator.
