French Toast Batter

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 c half and half (or milk)
• 1 T vanilla
• 2 T sugar
• 3/4 t cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for a few seconds or until smooth.
Makes: Two servings of French Toast (6 slices).
