Tuna Cream Spread

Ingredients

• 6 1/2 ounce can of chunk tuna, drained
• 4 tablespoons cream cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 teaspoon chopped dill pickle, celery or radishes

Preparation

Step 1

Flake tuna with fork.
Blend tuna, cream cheese, salt, sour cream, chopped pickles and mix well.
Spread on potato chips, crackers or toast squares.
Garnish with parsley flakes or capers.
