One-Skillet Mac and Cheese with Sausage and Bell Peppers
By Sharon T
Quick and easy if you are in a hurry you could sub a box of mac and cheese, I would use the one with Velveeta. Cook or just heat if already cooked the sausage add bell pepper, then add sausage mix to mac. Stir in sauce and if needed the milk. You should not need any additional Velveeta.
