  • Stuffing:
  • Pork chops from Al's with pocket
  • Traeger Pork rub
  • 1 cup Pepperidge Farms
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Saute celery and onion in butter. Add to stuffing mix. Pour in chicken broth until desired consistency.

Stuff pork chops. Tie off with turkey pins. Sprinkle very lightly with pork rub.

Start Traeger on Smoke with lid open (4-5 minutes) Increase to 325 degrees and preheat with lid closed 10-15 minutes.

Arrange chops on grill grate standing straight up. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (depending on thickness) or until the meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
