Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients with a fork. Transfer uniformly mixture to a plate and refrigerate. Cut hardened butter into preferred shapes. Keep pieces refrigerated until time to serve. Top each steak with a piece of butter.
