  • 1 can chili or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 16 oz. pkg of frozen corn (you can use canned corn, drained)
  • 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 jars of Salsa (I used Chi-Chi’s)
  • 1/2 pkg. of taco seasoning
  • 1 lb. of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Shredded cheese and sour cream



Step 1

Place all ingredients in large pot, stir in taco seasoning and blend well
Cut up chicken into bite size pieces, add to mixture in the pot.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 min. or till chicken is done.
Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.
