Ingredients

  • 1 can french style green beans
  • 1 can white corn (shoe peg)
  • 1 can LeSuer peas (baby peas)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion chopped (not red onion)
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 jar pimento (not smallest size – 1 up)
  • Be sure to drain all of the above.
  • Original Dressing
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar (sit and dissolve with above and then whisk)
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the above in a sauce pan and boil, pick up and stir, then heat again, and repeat until sugar completely dissolved.

Fold together with veggies.

Chill overnight or 24 hours
