White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb), cut into cubes
- 2 cans (about 15 oz ea) Bush's White Kidney Beans (cannellini), rinsed and drained
- 1 envelope (about 1 oz) Lipton Dry Onion Soup & Dip Mix
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 c water
- Shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat the oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat
2. Add the chicken and chili powder and cook until the chicken is well browned, stirring often.
3. Stir the soup, water, and soup mix in the saucepan and heat to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Stir in the beans and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
top with shredded cheese, if desired.
