- 5 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 Tablespoon heavy cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and salt. Beat until creamy and smooth. Add more powdered sugar for a stiffer frosting in needed.
