Ingredients

  • 8 oz. crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2/3 cup shredded pulled pork
  • 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced (red)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the crescent roll dough out on the baking sheet. Cut in half (since it usually tears at the middle seam when you try to roll it up). Press the other seams together.

Spread the BBQ sauce in a thin layer over the top, leaving about a 1-inch boarder. Spread the pork and onion evenly over the top. Sprinkle the cheeses over the top. Roll each half into a log. Press the seam together and place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes (this makes it easier to slice).

While the roll-ups are chilling, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Using a sharp knife, slice each log into quarters. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
