Ingredients
- Six Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
- Two cartons of Light & Fit® Greek Apple Pie Yogurt
- 1 cup of apple pie filling {I used a lower sugar version}
- Caramel sauce {homemade or store bought - I used sugar free}
- Reddi-wip®
- Apple pie spice

Preparation
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with a length of parchment paper or aluminum foil. (This makes clean up a breeze.)
Remove the pie crusts from their packaging and place them on the baking sheet.
Place apple pie filling in a bowl.
Use a pastry cutter or a butter knife to chop up the large pieces of apple.
Stir both cartons of yogurt into the apple pie filling.
Divide the filling between the pie crusts.
If you are not serving the pies immediately, refrigerate until serving time.
Once ready to serve, top each mini pie with a healthy swirl of Reddi-wip® and add a sprinkle of apple pie spice.
