Ingredients
- FRESH VEGETABLES:
- 5 medium potatoes, diced
- 1-2 medium onions, diced (to taste)
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 green peppers, diced
- 1-2 turnips, diced
- 1-2 parsnips, diced
- 1 rutabaga, diced
- CAN VEGETABLES:
- 1 large can corn
- 1 large lima beans
- 1 large can green beans
- 1 large can kidney beans
- 1 large can peas
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook all fresh vegetable in a small amount of water, except potatoes till they get soft then add potatoes in with fresh vegetables, when potatoes start to get soft add all the canned vegetables heat till soup is hot and then serve.
