Fluffy Bread

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 cup water
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 cups bread flour or 3 cups bread flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 heaping tbsp. dough enhancer
• 2 tsp. yeast
• Sunflower Seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients in order in bread machine. Set machine on dough setting. After kneading starts add a handful of sunflower seeds. Divide in two loaf pans and let rise in warm place for about an hour. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
