Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped (8 tomatoes)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 10 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2/3 rap freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • Note: Use 16 oz cream cheese only for a spread

Preparation

Step 1

Puree the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Tabasco sauce, dill, salt and pepper in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add the green onions and pulse twice. Serve at room temperature.
