Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped (8 tomatoes)
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 10 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2/3 rap freshly ground black pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Note: Use 16 oz cream cheese only for a spread

Step 1
Puree the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Tabasco sauce, dill, salt and pepper in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add the green onions and pulse twice. Serve at room temperature.
