Ingredients
- 8 bone-in, skin-ion chicken breasts/thighs
- 16 ounces baby red potatoes, halved
- 16 ounces baby carrots
- 16 ounces green beans
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic; minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients except the green beans into a slow cooker
2. Cover and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low. Baste hourly
3. Add green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time
