  • 16 ounces pasta noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the flour and cook for two minutes, stirring constantly.
Whisk in the milk. Continue to cook for a few minutes or until it thickens.
Stir in the yogurt, parmesan cheese, and 1 cup each cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Stir until melted and thickened.
Spoon the pasta into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Stir together the panko crumbs and oil. Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove and serve immediately!
