Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 1/2 pounds veal steak
  • 2 tablespoons onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon till crisp and cut fine.
Add Veal, cut in individual portions.
Brown in bacon grease.
Add chopped onion and brown.
Season with paprika and salt.
Stir in sour cream and tomato sauce.
Cook in covered pan about 30 minutes.
Cover cutlets with the sauce and serve with boiled or fried noodles
