Ingredients
- 1 C oats
- 1/2 C coconut flakes
- 1/2 C chai or flax seeds
- 1/2 C mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 C almond or peanut butter
- 1/3 C honey
- 2 t van x
- can add protein powder (about 1/3 C)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all & refrigerate for about 1/2 hour. Form into 2" balls & keep in frig.
Makes: about 14 two inch balls
