Better then Cheeseburger Pizza/ Di's 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 Pkg. Yeast
  • 1 T. Sugar
  • 1 Cup Warm Water (105-115 degrees)
  • 1 1/2 T. Corn OR Canola Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 T. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • Sauce:
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 T. Mustard
  • 2 T. Mayo
  • Put 3/4 of sauce mixture on top of crust and spread evenly.
  • Toppings:
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • desired amount of onion
  • Lots of pickles, chopped
  • Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 pkgs.)
  • *Lettuce, chopped
  • *Avacado, chopped

Step 1

Combine yeast, sugar and water. Set aside for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients together into a bowl, then add the yeast mixture. Mix with fork until it forms a ball, add a little water if it's too dry. Flatten with your hands/fingers onto a greased pizza pan. Once it's to desired shape and thickness, slighty fold up sides to create a 'crust'.
Brown beef with onion. Put on top of pizza. Then put desired amount of pickles. Top with 1 whole pkg. of cheddar cheese. Bake at 450 for 15-19 minutes. Pull out of oven, put on 1/2 pkg. of more cheddar cheese and place back in oven for just a wee bit longer until it melts (soft). When it comes out of the oven, cut and offer chopped lettuce, chopped avocado and use the remaining 1/4 of the sauce to use on the top of pizza. then EAT!
