Ingredients
- 5-6 Potatoes (cut sm pieces)
- 2 1/2 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups Frozen Calif Blend Veggies (chopped)
- 1/2 lb Velveeta
- 3-4 T Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Can Broccoli Cheese Soup
- Chopped Ham (Deli Ham if you want)

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Add milk, veggies, cheese, butter, salt , pepper, soup and ham. Simmer until thickens.
Great served with chicken spread sandwiches.
