Ingredients

10-12 flour tortillas
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 cups sour cream
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate chips over low heat. Stir in 2 cups sour cream. Cool. Lay one tortilla on a plate and spread with chocolate mixture. Repeat until all tortillas are used. Top last layer with sour cream mixed with 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar. (Can be frozen at this time) Before serving, top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate or toasted almonds.
