  • 2 large onions
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2-3 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 2 14oz cans of red, black, or white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 14oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
