Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Veggie oil
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Scallion thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh chopped ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic pressed

Step 1
Mix all together in a bowl adding more of what you feel it's lacking. Put in a ziplock bag with the veggies and let sit for 1.5 hrs turning every 15 minutes or so.
