Ingredients
- Base:
- 1 pkg Pillsbury Plus Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- 3 Cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Egg
- Topping:
- 2/3 Cup Corn Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 12 Oz pkg (2cups) Peanut Butter Chips
- Add:
- 2 Cup Salted Peanuts
- 2 Cup Rice Krispies

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all base ingredients except marshmallows, at low speed until crumbly. Press in bottom of 9x13 pan (ungreased).
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 mins. or light brown. Remove and sprinkle with marshmallows. Return to oven for 1 or 2 mins. or until marshmallows begin to puff. Cool while preparing topping.
In saucepan, heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and chips, until chips are melted and it's smooth. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in cereal and nuts. Immediately spoon warm topping over marshmallows, spread to cover. Chill and cut into bars. Store covered.
