Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1/3 c good quality lemon curd
- 1/4 c icing sugar, sifted
- 1/4 c passionfruit pulp (about 4)

Step 1
Place cheese, lemon curd, and sugar in a food processor. Pulse briefly until just combined. Add the passionfruit and pulse 2-3 times to combine. Chill until ready to use.
**Will keep sealed for up to 1 week in fridge.**
