Ingredients
- 2 C fresh basil leaves, throughly
- washed & patted dry
- 4 good size garlic cloves, peeled
- and chopped
- 1 C pine nuts
- 1 C E-V olive oil
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 C freshly grated Pecorino
- Romano Cheese
- S & P to taste

Preparation
Step 1
place basil, garlic & pine nuts in food processor & chop finely.
Leave processor running & add olive oil in a slow steady stream through
feed tube.
turn off processor.
Remove top & add cheese, a sprinkle of salt and a good grind of pepper
Replace top & process to combine ingredients.
Store in freezer or refrigerator in clean jars.
