Ingredients

  • diced onions
  • cooked carrots
  • butter
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • tabasco sauce
  • paprika
  • Salt & Pepper
  • leftover beef or pork roast
  • Homemade mashed potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Saute your onions in butter until translucent. Add the sliced, cooked carrots, tomato soup & tabasco sauce to the pan. Heat through. Add cubed beef to mixture and continue to heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour heated mixture into a shallow, oven-safe, casserole-type dish. Top with mashed potatoes. Dot potatoes with butter pats and sprinkle with good-quality paprika.

Heat in 350 oven until butter melts and the potatoes are lightly "browned".
